Office was conveniently close to me, and had hours that accommodated me. Scheduling was an easy process and I was able to complete the check in paperwork prior to the appointment. The receptionist was friendly and once I was checked in, I was brought right back to a room. Dr. Johnson was right on time. The appointment was thorough and detailed - which I appreciated. She clearly cared about helping me. We now have a game plan and it is not a long drawn out one. She didn't make me feel like everything is in my head or undermine what has been going on with me for awhile like my PCP has. I couldn't recommend a more compassionate and caring specialist than Dr. Johnson.
Little to no wait to be brought back to the treatment room. Dr. Johnson was great at explaining my medical care, and she was very personable. The staff was friendly, and the office was very clean. Highly recommend!
Started seeing Dr. Hoffman at this Oxford Valley Office. The office staff was great and Dr. Hoffman was helpful as well. Looking forward to making this a regular event. 😊
